Take notice that on the 18th day of November 2002, an application for putting T & D Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 17th day of February 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Transit New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Thirty-five, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
