Take notice that on the 10th day of June 2003, an application for putting Kemikara NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 24th day of July 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack (suing as a firm), whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Fourteenth Floor, Andersen Tower, National Bank Centre, 209 Queen Street, Auckland (Counsel Acting: A. W. Johnson).
