Take notice that on the 8th day of May 2003, an application for putting Pokeno Kaitiaki Society Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 17th day of July 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Winstone Aggregates (a division of Fletcher Concrete & Infrastructure Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level Thirty, Royal & SunAlliance Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
