Take notice that on the 12th day of May 2003, an application for putting Kevin Harris Refrigeration Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 21st day of July 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BOC Limited (formerly known as BOC Gases New Zealand Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Level Three, 155 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
