Take notice that on the 9th day of May 2003, an application for putting Auckland Workingmen's Club and Mechanics' Institute into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 26th day of June 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions, whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow & Partners, Solicitors, Level Ten, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
