Take notice that on the 8th day of April 2003, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Trinity Thoroughbred Lodge Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on Monday, the 26th day of May 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Maurice Raymond Campbell and
Paula Kathryn Campbell, whose address for service
is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland; or
