Take notice that on the 10th day of April 2003, an application to put Running Productions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of July 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is SAS Sports Limited (a distributor), a
duly incorporated company having its registered office
at 189 Collingwood Street, Hamilton, whose address for service is at the offices of Stephen Temm, Solicitor,
28 Coles Crescent (P.O. Box 2721-053 or D.X. E.P. 76-541), Papakura, Auckland.
