Take notice that on the 17th day of February 2003, an application for putting H.L.Parker Trusts (1999) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 5th day of May 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Palmerston North Extension Ladder Company Limited, whose address for service is at the
offices of Guy & Toby Manktelow, Fourth Floor, BNZ House, corner of The Square and Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
