Take notice that on Thursday, the 13th day of February 2003, an application for putting H.L.Parker Trusts (1999) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Wellington on Monday, the 28th day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Systems Specialist Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Level Fifteen, Qantas House, 191-201 Queen Street, Auckland.
