Take notice that on the 4th day of March 2003, an application for putting Railway Hotel Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 12th day of May 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Old Money Family Trust Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Beattie Rickman Legal, Level Two, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton.
