Take notice that on Monday, the 10th day of February 2003, an application for putting All Surf Company Limited (previously known as Surf Dive N'Ski (NZ) Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of May 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Colwall Property Investment Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Beca & Co, Solicitors, Level One, 75 Queen Street (P.O. Box 91-441), Auckland.
