into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 14th day of February 2003, an application to put Roseneath Properties Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of May 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Continuous Spouting (Auckland) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lucas
& Mabin, Solicitors, 109 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 74-061, Market Road, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 33-503.
