Take notice that on the 25th day of February 2003, an application for putting Johnson's House Removal Co. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 7th day of April 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Allied Work Force Hamilton Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rennie Cox, Barristers & Solicitors, Level Fifteen, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
