Take notice that on the 13th day of November 2002, an application for putting Rayter Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 10th day of February 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fridgeking NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Brittens, Solicitors, 232 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 548), Palmerston North.
