Take notice that on the 23rd day of December 2002, an application for putting into liquidation Te Hononga Rangatahi Trust by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of March 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
