into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 13th day of November 2002,
an application to put Parkbrook Holdings Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High
Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, the 5th day of February 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Hartner Construction Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation), whose address for
service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the
above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: N. M. Alley).
