Take notice that on the 24th day of January 2003, an application for putting Westec Sports Society Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 10th day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
