Take notice that on the 27th day of January 2003, an application for putting Biocycle (New Zealand) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Monday, the 3rd day of March 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fruitfed Supplies (a division of Williams
& Kettle Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level Eleven,
