Take notice that on the 21st day of January 2003, an application for putting Te Miro Vermicast Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 10th day of March 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ryan Piggeries Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is Level One, 300 Moray Place, Dunedin.
