Take notice that on the 22nd day of January 2003, an application for putting Opunake Building Supplies Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on the 3rd day of March 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
