Take notice that on the 15th day of January 2003, an application for putting Browns Clothing Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of March 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Barker Textiles Limited, whose address for service is care of Knight Coldicutt, Solicitors, Ground Floor, Shed 20, Princes Wharf (P.O. Box 106-214), Downtown, Auckland.
