Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of road described in the Schedule hereto is declared to be State highway.
Schedule
In Thames-Coromandel District, State Highway No. 25 to include the section of recently constructed road at Whitianga, commencing at Buffalo Beach Road and proceeding, generally, in a south-westerly direction along Racecourse Road and the new Whitianga Bypass to Moewai Road (Route Position 127/0.54 to new Route Position 127/5.99); a distance of 2.84 kilometres.
