In accordance with section 34 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister
of Transport signed the following Civil Aviation Rules
on 4 November 2003 which will come into force on
12 December 2003:
Part 19-Transition Rules, Amendment 5 (CAA Docket 2/CAR/9, GPS Distance Information).
Part 137-Agricultural Aircraft Operations, Re-issue (CAA Docket 1/CAR/1358).
Part 1-Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 24 (CAA Docket 1/CAR/1358).
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 10 Hutt Road, Petone (P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt).
