Pursuant to section 166 (1) of the Land Transport Act 1998 ("the Act") and being satisfied on the matters in section 166 (2) of the Act, and under delegated authority, I, John Patrick White, Manager Safer Vehicles Policy, exempt each vehicle included in the chassis number range identified
in Schedule 1 from the requirement in 2.3 (1) of Land Transport Rule: Frontal Impact 2001 ("the Rule") to meet a version, as specified in 2.3 (4), of one of the approved vehicle standards in 2.3 (2).

Any vehicle manufactured by Nissan Japan in the Largo family where that vehicle's chassis number is included in the ranges below:
W30 - from W30-214148 to 774375.
