In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice
of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following
Civil Aviation Rule Parts:
Parts 71/73-Designation of Airspace and Special Use Airspace, re-issue and revision of Part 71 Rules, and a revocation of Part 73, which will be incorporated into the re-issue of Part 71 (NPRM 04-01, Docket 98/CAR/1304).
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 14 November 2003.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) are published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL) dated 16 October 2003.
