In accordance with section 37 (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given that the Director of Civil Aviation has granted the following exemptions from the Civil Aviation Rule requirements:
Schedule
1/EXE/50:
121.71 (h) - minimum runway and runway strip width requirements.
4/EXE/4:
61.105 (2) - requirement for Class 2 medical certificate issued under the Act.
4/EXE/9:
21.191 (8) - with respect to 26 Appendix D.2.10 (2) emergency exit operable from the outside.
