Pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Queenstown Lakes District) Notice No. 2, 2003.
2. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be
a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area, pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
Schedule
Situated within the Queenstown Lakes District at Hawea Flat:
Camp Hill Road: From Kane Road to a point 550 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Kane Road.
