On 26 March 2003, an application was made under section 31 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, for the Commerce Commission to determine terms under part (b) of that section for both local and cellular telephone number portability services.
On 30 June 2003, the Commission issued its decision to investigate the application for both services.
Pursuant to section 35 (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has decided, under section 35 of the Act, to investigate the application.
