Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Southern Plantations Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2003.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Abolition of Southern Plantations Rural Fire District-The Southern Plantations Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The Southern Plantations Rural Fire District Notice 1998* is hereby revoked.
