Issue of Draft Determination for TSO Instrument for Local Residential Service for period between 20 December 2001 and 30 June 2002.
On 27 June 2003, the Commerce Commission, pursuant
to section 86 (a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001
("the Act"), prepared a draft determination of the matters set out in section 88 of the Act for the TSO instrument for local residential telephone service, for the period between
20 December 2001 and 30 June 2002.
Pursuant to section 86 (b) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice of its draft determination.

Pursuant to section 86 (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that the closing date for submissions on its draft determination is 25 July 2003.
