In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice
of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following
Civil Aviation Rule Part:
Part 93-Special Aerodrome Traffic Rules and Noise Abatement Procedures, amendments to Appendix
C regarding the list of aerodromes with right-hand aerodrome traffic circuits (NPRM 03-05, Docket 3/CAR/2).
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 25 July 2003.
