Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 73.7 (b) (i), the following amendment is designated with effect from 7 August 2003-
Permanent restricted area NZR 100 (Marsden Point) has an amended upper limit of 3,500 ft AMSL.
Prescribed pursuant to Parts 71 and 73 of the Civil Aviation Rules, under a delegated authority issued by the Director of Civil Aviation.
