On 16 May 2002, TelstraClear Limited applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), for
the Commerce Commission to determine terms of supply for 308 retail services offered by means of Telecom's fixed telecommunications network.
On 12 May 2003, the Commerce Commission determined, under section 27 of the Act, terms and conditions with respect to which 98 of those retail services must be supplied ("Decision 497").
