State Highways: Transit New Zealand
Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Second Schedule, insert clause 17 (d):
At Whakatane, commencing at a point 310 metres west of Gateway Drive, proceeding in a generally easterly direction to a point 350 metres west of the Whakatane River Bridge (Route Position 219/8.97 to Route Position 219/9.92); a distance of 950 metres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
