Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Wellington North Fire District Notice, May 2003.
2. This notice shall come into force on 8 May 2003.
3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Wellington North Fire District.
Constitution of a Fire District
1. The urban areas of Wellington North are hereby constituted as a Fire District.
2. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined
and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
