Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Balmoral Defence Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2003.
(2) This notice will come into force on 1 April 2003.
2. Abolition of Balmoral Defence Rural Fire District-The Balmoral Defence Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The Balmoral Defence Rural Fire District Notice 1985* is hereby revoked.
