Pursuant to section 161 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of
Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003
(Rule 54001).
This rule will come into force on a date to be notified in the New Zealand Gazette.
This Ordinary Rule is available for inspection free of charge at the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand, 7-27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase from March 2003 at bookshops that sell legislation or direct from Wickliffe Limited, P.O. Box 932, Dunedin.
