Pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Far North District) Notice 2003.
2. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a
70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Situated within Far North District at Taipa and Cable Bay:
State Highway No. 10 (Pakaraka-Awanui via Mangonui): From the eastern abutment of the Taipa Bridge to Stratford Drive.
