Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Ca'Bella Civil Limited on the
4th day of February 2003 under the terms of an instrument dated the 19th day of May 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
