Pursuant to Section 11 (4) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Martin Joseph Keogh, of Dunedin, and Trevor Francis Thornton, of Christchurch, chartered accountants, hereby give notice of their resignation as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of West Side Autos Limited (in receivership).
The resignation is effective from the 30th day of January 2003.
