Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of November 2003, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of As Seen On Radio Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 21st day of August 2003 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
