Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on the 3rd day of November 2003, John Lawrence Vague and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of
BA Developments Limited under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 14th day of November 2002, which property consists of all undertakings and assets.
