Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of October 2003, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertakings, assets and property of Karaka Bay Developments Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture in favour of Bridgecorp Finance Limited dated the 5th day of April 2003 which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 1st day of May 2002.
