We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on the 20th day of October 2003 at 9.05 a.m., we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Topline Group (1998) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to an instrument dated the 25th day of March 1999.
