Notice is hereby given that by deed dated the 14th day of October 2003, Specialty Holdings Limited appointed Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor and Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountant, both of Hamilton, receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company, pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture registered the 3rd day of April 2003 given by the company in favour of Specialty Holdings Limited.
