Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of September 2003, Robert Laurie Merlo was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Langton's Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 28th day of February 2003 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertakings, property and assets.
