I, Anthony John McCullagh, give notice that on the 3rd
day of September 2003, I was appointed receiver of the income of the land of Mark Alexander Flyger (described below) under the mortgage over that land in favour
of Bridgecorp Finance Limited (being memorandum of mortgage 5347375.3).
Brief Description of Land: 50 Collingwood Street, Hamilton, as described in certificates of title SA68B/24, SA68B/25 and SA68B/26 (South Auckland Registry).
Address of Receiver of Income: The offices of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland.
