Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Coachcraft Group Limited on
the 27th day of August 2003 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 8th day of July 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
