Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of August 2003, John Michael Gilbert, company director, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Farran (Two) Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 2000 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
