Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receivership Act 1993
Graham Stuart Dick and Christopher James Shaw, chartered accountants of Invercargill, were appointed receivers of Wapiti Quality Design N.Z. Limited on the 15th day
of August 2003 by William George Gordon under the
terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets in receiverships.

& Partners, 160 Spey Street, Invercargill.
